Payments

FREE Delivery to Mainland England & Wales on all orders of £250 or more exc. vat.

Orders under £250 have a delivery charge of £10 + vat (subject to location).

Orders can be placed through our website, by email or telephone.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card (Bank Transfer only for international customers). Credit/Debit card payments are limited to £3,000 and any orders over this amount can be paid by bank transfer either by emailing us or directly through our website by selecting “manual payment” at checkout.

We aim to have most deliveries arrive with you within 2-3 working days.

For international customers, Northern Ireland & UK non-mainland we do not ship directly overseas ourselves but can deliver to your chosen UK shippers or the goods can be collected from us by your shipping company by arrangement.

We do not deliver directly to Amazon but you can arrange your own courier through the Amazon system. Please email us immediately after placing your order to inform us they are being collected for Amazon delivery to avoid them being dispatched to your address and we will supply you the parcel dimensions & weights for you to book the collection and you then email us the outer parcel/pallet shipping labels in thermal format.
